Teacher in Charge: Mr P. Nyberg
This course focuses on the broader spectrum of Digital Technologies.
The focus is on how computers and associated technologies interface with the real world.
The course will include aspects of electronics, electronics design, embedded software development in the use of micro-controllers, developing interfaces that allow computers to record data from external sources, human computer interfaces, robotics and systems & control.
Students will develop a micro-controller based project. This will involve learning about electronic components, assembling components onto a circuit board, using a soldering iron and developing software for their project.
